Clinton is a masterful politician. |
|
I just watched him owe Faux News, and I'm in awe.
Of course, we all have our problems with Bill Clinton. I mean, we are Democrats, not Rushbots. But that guy really knows how to play the game. He tore up Chris Wallace like Barry Bonds on steroids taking batting practice.
If only all our current Democrats would rip this page from his playbook. Many -- like Dean, Kerry, Clark and Gore -- have stepped up to the plate and taken mighty swings. But we need all our "players" going on the same kind of offense when it comes to reframing (or, more accurately, performing framing jujitsu) of all the Rovian themes that infect all our corporate media outlets. Since all the media reports is the "Democratic response" to Rovian frames (if that), we need to make the most of every at bat just like Clinton did yesterday.

1. Never play by their rules. |
|
My momma taught me that. Their rules. They win.
Someone once tried to embarrass me in public by asking "Just how old are you?"
My answer: "Why did your wife leave you?"
Fellow never bothered me again.
