Two days ago, we were talking about the NIE and Clinton on FOX... |

The Repubs were in retreat. But then, they decided to use their hole card. They would force a vote on the torture bill. Just like that, everything turned around. The Democrats were on the defensive. They did not wish to be called "weak on terror" so about a quarter of them voted with the Repubs. Today, the Democrats are on the defensive. How quick the tide changes...Tomorrow, they will have to decide whether prisoners should be drawn and quartered to get them to talk. In order not to appear "weak", they have no choice but to vote for the "coercion"...

"weak on terror" as they were being "blackmailed" with the information gleaned from the illegal dataminig performed by the NSA!
