This is a repeat from a program held earlier in the week

Distance Learning Class
Cable Center, The
John F. Kerry , D-MA
Steven Scully , University of Denver

Students from the University of Denver, Pace University in New York City, and George Mason University in Washington, D.C., participated by broadband feed in a distance learning class on "Media, Money, Message and the American Political System". Students at Amherst College in Massachusetts and Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire also participated in the class.

Senator John Kerry spoke to the class. He discussed his 2004 campaign for president, his possible 2008 presidential bid, the 2006 midterm election, and his views on the current state of American politics.

This course was a partnership between C-SPAN, The Cable Center and the University of Denver. The copyright for this program is held by The Cable Center.
