Mr. Bush, why haven't you killed bin Laden?
(and other simple questions Americans want to know)

Are you interested in "getting" him dead or alive
or was that just a boastful comment?
Is it to your advantage to keep him alive?

Do you believe in following laws or do you think
you are above the law?
If you believe in laws, why aren't you denouncing
politicians and corporate owners who have been found
guilty of breaking them?

Do you believe in telling the truth? If so, why do you find it
hard to tell the truth?

Are you an ethical man? Why haven't you fired
people in your administration who aren't ethical?

Are you spying without a warrant just on presumed
terrorists or on the rest of us who don't agree
with your policies?
And if you are listening to phone calls of presumed
terrorists, why aren't you just rounding them up?

Do you enjoy drinking clean water, breathing clean
air, and growing on uncontaminated ground?
If so, why do your policies leave it up to businesses
to decide how much to pollute?

Do you believe in government regulation of food?
Why are your policies of deregulation putting people
in harm's way of eating contaminated food?

Do you believe in the rights mandated to those inside
the U.S.? Then why are you jailing people with no
rights to a lawyer or even a reason for incarceration?

What do you believe in? It looks like you just want
to do what you want to do, lawful or not, moral or
not, ethical or not.

Mr Preseident, why did you say that you don't really spend much time thinking about Bin Laden when you said he was "WANTED: DEAD OR ALIVE"? Mr. President, why do you keep lying to us?

Peace.

3. you could frame a question on that.....
Mr. Bush, do you believe in life? Then why
do you support the death penalty, armor that
doesn't keep soldiers safe and bombing innocent
citizens?

5. Reply from Bush . . .
Dear Citizen,
You ask what I believe in? I have plenty of (heh heh) strong beliefs.

But see, that's the nice thing about being the president. Maybe other people have to explain what they believe in to me, but I don't have to . . . wait . . . what was the question?

Oh nevermind. Just watch this drive . . .

Insincerely,
Dubya

9. I had my brain tweaked by Foucault this summer
Edited on Tue Jan-24-06 05:35 PM by boobooday
Somewhere in there, (Discipline and Punish was the book) he quoted another philosopher who said the only way to bring down the powerful was merciless ridicule. Now maybe I just latched onto that because it is my standard M.O., but I thought it made sense.

WE ARE THE ARMY OF RIDICULE! MOCKERY! It must be heaped upon them EVERY DAY.

Because they offer only fear, we must respond with laughter, the antidote.

Every time Bin Laden shows his face, the corporate media echo chamber targets Democrats.
