Lawyer: "The focus MUST be on Mark Foley's RECOVERY!" |
|
Indeed. Never mind the kids. Or the cover-up. It's all about him.

And he's at a mental health faculty trying to get cured, doesn't that make you feel sorry for him?

6. Yes, when Clinton had extramarital sex with an Adult |
|
it was all about his recovery from his supposed sex addiction. I remember that very clearly. None of the republicans tried to demonize him. It was all about recovery. :sarcasm:

7. Yeah, congressmen have it sooooo tough |
|
Passing punitive bankruptcy laws, pocketing bribes and graft, attending all the swell parties, voting themselves pay raises and trolling for young stuff during floor votes. My goodness, it just never stops! Won't someone please, please, please, think of the poor congressmen! Just think of all the problems they have that your average street person, who doesn't know where or when the next meal is coming from, will never have to worry about.
I'm so fucking insensitive to Mr. Foley's tough lot in life, I oughta just go shoot myself in the head.

9. Considering the people who he's pissed off.... |

Foley should be in protective custody. That might not enough though. Seriously.
These pages have rich and powerful republican dads, correct? They probably are not the type that you want to piss off in this manner. And I do not mean to make light of the situation.
(Edit: oh when I saw the word "recovery" I thought that meant he was still hiding and they had to find him. Is he still hiding?)
