1. We just have to face the truth here |
|
I live in Georgia. The American South is terribly racist; they like people who reflect that in office. It's a horrible truth.

13. And Virginia is racist too!!!!! |
|
lived there for 10 years. I am a native of MD, namely the Washington, DC suburbs of MD. It was a total culture shock to live in VA, even though a river separates the two states.
Lived in Fairfax, Alexandria and Arlington. Arlington was the most hospitable out of the 3.
Don't let NOVA (Northern VA) fool you, there are racists EVERYWHERE!!!
From a PG County girl that now lives in Montgomery County, MD.

19. Apparently, Tennessee isn't |
|
Ford, who is black, is tied with in some polls and ahead of, in others, his white frat-boy millionaire opponent.
And, the last time I checked, we Tennesseans are Southerners.

3. Zogby polls haven't been consistent with anyone else's for states |
|
Not sure what to make of it but, the advantages of incumbency are awesome indeed. Lieberman doesn't even have a national party and he's doing very well according... to Zogby, again.

5. Lieberman is doing well, but not as well as Zogby claims |
|
More than one poll has shown him leading by 10%, while Zogby has him leading by 20%. Zogby blew races in 2002 and 2004, and while these aren't their interactive polls, I still take Zogby with a grain of salt, even if he has news that's good for us.

6. Zogby uses the internet to do some polls |
|
I think this was an internet poll and lots of people don't think they are reliable. Rasmussen uses robot phone calls. Mason Dixon uses real people to make their calls. At least that is what I understand.

8. Zogby jumped the shark a long time ago |
|
Wait for a more reliable poll before bailing on Webb. I doubt he'll win as Allen is a big hit with the buttcrack dufus element, but it should be closer than Zogby indicates.

9. I want to see what SUSA and Rasmussen say |
|
SUSA showed Allen leading in their last poll, but because it was taken DURING the news stories about his past, that it was not reliable because of the volatility.

20. Zogby has lost it since 04. They have been over compensating and |
|
appeasing the Republicans since they called for Kerry to win the election. The shame is, they probably called it correctly in Kerry's favor back then.

23. Gee, way to get out the vote!!! I say REDOUBLE YOUR EFFORTS |
|
Foley will serve to DEPRESS GOP turnout in VA. That, combined with some AGGRESSIVE Dem GOTV can bring this home for Webb.
It's way too soon to toss in the towel. Fight on, VA, fight on.

That being said Zogby is all over the place.
First he has Lamont-Lieberman a dead heat and then a couple of weeks later he has Lieberman winning by twenty two points.
