Why would Congress make a deal with Bush* when he just |
|
rewrites any bill that they send to him? I guess that Warner, McCain and the Graham guy from South Carolina are just plain idiots. How can anyone close a deal with a backstabber?
So much for "checks and balances!"

5. Cool precedent for our Dem president in the next election! We'll |
|
use it much more thoughtfully and legally, I'm sure.
