I must admit if I hadn't read here that it was a Canadian soldier it would not have occured to me that it wasn't an American soldier/officer since the uniforms tend to change a bit and my x-DH was an Army "green beret" ('Nam era).

3. You know what is the most ironic thing?

The freepers who will blast Democrats for being "moonbats" or cowards or whatever have no idea how closely we work with Canadian forces. Especially when it comes to SIGINT, I've meet a number of Canadian Troops (in Afghanistan) who had better access and higher clearances to American Intel than most Marines...

But, then people who read these sites and make comments are only looking for evidence to confirm their deeply held beliefs all other information is to be downplayed, ridiculed, ignored, attacked or excluded...
