How much faith do you have in touch-screen voting?

Something along the lines of they are vulnerable to certain types of electoral fraud and therefore bear watching.

You know Chicago elections were rigged for years, long before we had any sort of electronic voting system.

Do you know who ownes the things and who designed the software . If anything they have done even more to be certain to shift votes without even being near the machines and the scanners are also owned by the same people .

How do you count all those paper ballots?? Unless you could count them by hand and then put them in the computer to see if the computer comes up with the same number? Sounds so complicated.. :sarcasm:

3. I agree with the first responder here.

Elections have been rigged since time immemorial. Not all these touch-screen machines are owned by the Republicans, or even operated by Republicans. So your choice one is falsified no matter what anybody says.

Just because a machine *can* be rigged doesn't mean it *will* be rigged.

But we really need a lot of people on the ground on election day to make sure that our votes will be counted.
