What does the future hold for Keith Olbermann? |
|
Is he going to continue doing what he is doing now?
I was thinking today about Keith as a "Rush Limbaugh" type of figure for people disaffected with the Republican dominated media and political scene to rally around, but it's not a good analogy because Keith is intelligent, articulate, and telegenic. Unlike any of the current right wing media asshats.
Someone who is as good with words as Keith potentially has a great book or three in him.
He could run for office.
A lot of possibilities, really.

11. I kind of dissagree with that - there are lots of voices speaking |

5. Well, I hope he stays where he is for now. He's much-needed |
|
on MSNBC, we just don't have enough Dems to hear on TV. He can still do this and write a couple of books.

6. He should stay put until Bush is gone |
|
After that, the sky's the limit. I'd wager he'll get lots of interest from the networks, which would probably make him feel really dirty. I hope he tells them to shove it.

...if the dems don't win back the congress and senate in november.
i assume the slow push to facism will continue and eventually, "enemies" of the state will be incarcerated.
