That's additional evidence supporting my belief that George Allen won't conduct anything resembling an even-handed investigation into Halliburton/KBR's Federal contracting practices, here in Northern Virginia.
- David A. Smith*, Editor of HALwhistleblowers.org and BushBunglesBrigade.org (where George Allen is a Brigadier General in the Bush Bungles Brigade)
* not to be confused with David R. Smith, the VP of Tax at Halliburton, my former employer, whose group still has not publicly explained the tax treatment of the offshore money paid to Nigerian officials
