Regime change' risky there too
After reading Jon Naito's Oct. 5 article, "U.S. needs to force regime change, Iranian dissident says," I was left wondering if Amir Abbas Fakhravar will be the new Ahmed Chalabi.

Like Chalabi, Fakhravar is also being aided by the far-right former chairman of the Defense Policy Board, Richard Perle, who also happens to be former director of the Jerusalem Post. Perle, along with Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, William Kristol and other ultraconservatives, are co-founders of the Project for a New American Century, which advocates global domination.

Kristol is a regular contributor to Fox News, which is the mouthpiece for the PNAC. A particular concern of the PNAC is the domination of the Middle East for the benefit of the U.S. It was also interesting to note that the venue for Fakhravar's speech, the Discovery Institute, is an avid advocate of intelligent design. So it seems that the same force that was behind regime change in Iraq is at it again.
