8. Classmates.com shows James Guckert is a graduate of a PA High School.

When the Gannon Story originally broke, one or more internet sleuths searched Classmates.com for James Guckert and found that he is a graduate of Conneaut Lake High School in Crawford County, PA. I believe he was graduated in the late 1950s. Crawford County is a conservative rural Pennsylvania County in which there likely is a registration ratio which heavily favors the Republicans.

If Guckert graduated in the late 50's, he'd be at least 65 now. Could be Gannon's Dad, but there is no way Jeff Gannon is 65 even with tons of plastic surgery.

This morning, I visited Classmates.com in an attempt to verify that Guckert was graduated from Conneaut Lake High School in the mid-to-late 1970s. The site has changed since the time I visited it when the Gannon/Guckert story broke. Previously, one could find a roster of all graduates from a given high school class. Now, Classmates.com lists only those graduates who choose to be members of that site. (Maybe there have been lawsuits against the site based on invasion of privacy claims.) As I recall from my previous search, James Guckert was listed as a member of a graduating class of Conneaut High School in the mid-to-late 1970s. The year of the graduating class was consistent with Guckert's age at the time of the scandal. I am sorry for the mistake I made in my original post, but I had just gotten out of bed and was not yet fully with it.

I did some research for a spoof on the whole episode & IIRC he was a teen runaway that ended up selling his 'favours' in Washington.

Using his contacts with his clients he managed to swing the planted bogus reporter gig at the WH.

He did visit the WH without documentation several times before this, he was signed in but didn't need to produce ID because he was vouchsafed by a WH official.

I think you are being overly suspicious. How could repeated unofficial night-time visits by a male prostitute to the WH while W was in residence be in any way improper. As there was no impropriety there is nothing to cover up, honest. ;)
