I heard several republican cspan callers whine that mark foley is a freak, he's the only gay republican ever known to exist, there are no others and besides, the Democrats gave us this climate of deviancy and perversion by being the party that supports abortion on demand and gay marriage and flag burning.

They still insist that the republican leaders they elect are people who share their 'values' whatever the fuck values means. Only republicans can claim the high moral ground, and Democrats will always be the party of sin and evil and perversion.
