He won't bring them home - not during his term unless he were threatened to be thrown out and even then he would try and excuse keeping them there. Nor will they admit that they're using a back-door draft to force military personnel to stay there.

54. I think he gets it......in part, |
|
but will never admit it....agian that is. During the 2004 elections when the repugs were having their convention, he made a slip during an interview and on a very rare occasion was being honest. When he was asked if we could ever win the war on terrorism, he said ::paraphrasing:: no, because it will never end. A few days later, after I'm sure he got nailed royally for that by cheney and rove, he came back and said he had misspoken during that interview and went right back to the same ole rant that we will win.
Somewhere in that little brain of his, I think he realizes that global conflicts are complex and that occupying Iraq is not going to end it. And to admit that publicly - w/o backpedaling, means they have to then admit why we're really in Iraq and what their true motivations are.

Why isn't a reporter asking him about the 1.2B missing from the Ministry of Defense, in which Bremer hired a bozo who knew nothing about procurement, bought a bunch of mid-20th century or recycled Russian shit, then others ran off with the money? And the State Department looks the other way and it's not our gov't's problem, even though it's our fuckin' money?
How can we trust them to "finish the job"?

He's so fake and a liar i can't stomach it. He's stammering a lot and looks nervous. Even the press isn't laughing at his stupid jokes. I think he's also stammering because he's wired for sound as usual and he's trying to give himself time to hear Rove and not look constipated. But then he fumbles at his words. I can see Rove on the other end yelling "I didn't say that you moron!"
