What did Y'all think of Loretta Nall on Keith Olbermann?
The gubernatorial race in Alabama is pretty much a wash from appearances. This is NOT a third party endorsement, just wondered what impressions were from those DU members who caught her interview.

1. I liked her
She also seemed to take her candidacy seriously - more so than I thought Keith did.

She was smart and had spunk - I thought she was pretty cool.

13. Her spunk seemed a lot more natural than say...
Miz. Harris's.

2. Saw it
She sounded like a Democrat to me, not a libertarian. Reminded me of Molly Ivins.

3. From what I saw, she's fairly well-spoken, but I dunno...
I'm hoping for a Democratic governor, but if that ain't possible, Loretta Nall sounds pretty darn good.

I have to admit that the "More of these boobs, and less of THESE boobs" slogan is cute.

4. She used the ridiculous to her advantage, got some real attention,
& then went on to address a serious platform. I think she is one smart candidate.

5. She has more brains than Chimpy
and a better stage presence, if you know what I mean.

6. Liked here ... not at all what I expected after reading AP story.
I was kinda surprised by the way Keith responded to her. Seemed to not be in the spirit of the interview.

7. Unfortunately, the repug is gonna win,
But I will give her serious consideration. She has NO chance of winning, but neither does the democratic candidate.

9. I liked her very much.
There's something really great about a smart woman with a southern accent. Especially one with a real sense of humor.
(Anne Richards and Molly Ivins come to mind, too.) I say that as someone born in North Dakota and raised in Philadelphia, for
what it's worth.

10. Woman of the year?
Sounds like a winner. She's smart. She's well spoken. She's (inspite of the catch in her campaign) serious.

The only question is... is she a political winner?

11. Thanks Y'all
Thanks for the positive responses y'all. I'll be on Channel 8 TalkBack at 5 pm today in MTGY. Got an email from a national marketing agency asking to use the t-shirt and flash for cash ads in an upcoming magazine article on unusual and successful campaign marketing ideas. I was also on Fox & Friends yesterday morning. You can view that clip at http://www.foxandfriends.com
Just scroll down til you see my mug.
NBC 13 here in BHAM did a profile interview of me yseterday which will air Sunday night duringthe 10 pm broadcast and ABC 3340 also did one yesterday. Not sure if it aired or when it will.

I also did an interview with MTV Canada yesterday and I am pretty much wall to wall media for the next week

Friday I am speaking at the University of Alabama rm 322 The Heritage. The AP camera team will be there as will NBC 13. NBC 13 filemd me on Olberman last night as well.

Best,
Loretta Nall

12. I found her impressive to be quite honest about it.
I'd write in her name if I lived in Alabama just from what I saw last night.

14. She impressed me.
Not at all like the original clips seemed to suggest, which painted her much like that a-hole in Texas running on an indie ballot. He's a crank. Ms. Nall was pretty impressive and well spoken on the issues, and also wasn't letting all the hoopla surrounding the t-shirts divert her from speaking her message. I think I'd vote for her if there wasn't an acceptable Dem running. I'd certainly support her over a Repub.

17. I liked her style and demeanor...
and wish her luck. It was refreshing to hear a politician who didn't seem to be pandering.
