Is "Real Clear Politics" a conservative site?

They list a lot of races as "toss up" that the Dem's are clearly leading in by as much as eight points. They also have a few Republicans listed as leading when in fact the latest poll averages show the Democrat leading????

For example, in Wisconsin District 8 the Democrat Kagan is leading in the latest polls yet Real Clear Politics shows it leaning toward the GOP????? I could list about 20 examples like this.

though they do a good job of compiling poll results in spite of their political leanings.

But their polls are usually very accurate. As I recall they have pegged many races in the past. I believe they drop internal polling from either side.

7. Yes, it's run by right-wing hacks, they actually REMOVE POLLS from house race listings

that they don't like. Like the Zogby poll today for the House race in Florida.
