General George Butch and Martial Law...
He declared "Mission Accomplished", he declared "We've turned the corner in Iraq",
and if he declares Martial Law, let's face it, folks: US NG will NOT open fire on us. We have the home court advantage. We'd win guerilla warfare. There are now 300 MILLION Americans. The mil says you need 1 soldier at MINIMUM for every 300 "insurgents". Bush better have, what?, 3 MILLION mercenaries at his immediate disposal, or this will just be his last & final eff-up.

In paraphrasing the Prezzydent, let's ask ourselves, "Is we armed?" Answer: yes. Let's not forget the gangs and the goofy Ruby-Ridge-y types, either. They are NOT gonna be on the BA's side if the fur flies.

When/if Bush declares martial law (I predict its judicious--lol--use in the the Pac NW, maybe NYC, &/or parts of CA), he will have finally become the UNITER he claimed to be.

BRING IT ON.

1. Do you remember May 4th? A place called Kent State?
Don't for a second think members of the NG won't shoot to kill.

Some future shooting may, but, in my opinion, probably wouldn't be enough to trigger a rebellion the way the Boston Massacre did. And even if it did. Don't believe that the entire civilian population would be for such rebellion. Even the American Revolution didn't enjoy total support of the population.

2. He'd better have more than 1 minimum for every 300 "insurgents"
They used that math in Iraq and it's a disaster.

4. Don't you mean George Butcher....more accurate description.
I don't even think he knows what he's doing. I really think he thinks he's protecting America.. his vision of it anyway.
