CBS's Martin Gets Iraqi Security Scoop
A nice scoop on Monday's CBS Evening News:

"CBS News has learned exclusively that Gen. George Casey, the U.S. Commander in Iraq, is expected to recommend the size of Iraqi security forces be increased by up to 100,000," national security correspondent David Martin reported.

An e-mailer says NBC tried to play catch-up on its second Nightly News feed...

1. So how many more years will it take for the US to train this next
bunch of heroes? I've read over and over in widely disparate sources that the Iraqi security forces are a joke and cannot be relied upon, so why would 100,000 more of them make any difference?
