support. "Surprizingly" killing Lebanes, Jordanians, Egyptians, Albanians etc.. didn't make them any friends. So they decided to scapegoat the USA and use that to create followers. They have been much more successful with that. For the USA to follow the real constitution and laws... would turn middle easterners off Al Qaeda and like. Not turn them on as Iraq, Abu Graive, and Guantanamo has.
