exactly what he intended to say about the Bush Administration. It's clear he was talking about the importance of getting good grades so you don't end up in Iraq like the administration did.
He was speaking about being informed and educated so you make good decisions, UNLIKE Bush!
An interview with Barbara Walters or Larry King could clear all this up and allow Kerry to NAIL Bush!
