West Coast alert. Really great.
Our friend Jerry is in need of help. Again.
He was selected for a jury that Alberto Gonzales specifically removed from the state jurisdiction to a Federal one, so that the prosecution could ask for the death penalty.
Apparently, jurors are asked and are eliminated if they are against the death penalty and our poor Jerry is being indicted for perjury. The defense - Alan Shore and Jerry claim that by eliminating juror who are against the death penalty, the guilty verdict is almost a foregone conclusion.
Great speeches by both.
The Halloween party, with both Denny Crane and Alan Shore dressed as the Andrews Sisters (I think) is priceless.
