Republicans on the Web coy about party affiliation

“Richard Pombo. Rancher. Congressman,” reads the campaign website of the powerful House Resources Committee chairman.

But one label is missing: Republican.

Like almost half of his fellow party members in tough House races, Pombo assumes a noticeably nonpartisan presence online.

A recent survey by The Hill found that in 75 of the most competitive House races, 35 of the Republican candidates made no mention of their party affiliation on the front page or in the biographical background of their campaign websites. Only 19 of the 75 Republican candidates declared themselves as such on the front of their sites.

The biggest slap in the face how the Bushites like to take those things which are real and good and distort them until they are as vile as those who conceived of them. Ride it just as long as you can and then pretend that you "never been stay the course".

Bus is certainly stay course...We are on the fast track to a Fascist police state with the Vulcans at the wheel and the Fed in the back seat. Oh, you need a ride? Too bad because there is only room for our fat, greedy, gluttonous...It is like someone lies to you and pretends to be your friend, says they are out to protect your best interests , then f***s your girlfriend , steals your wallet , and pisses in your tea . If someone did that to you when you weren't around you would be pretty steamed. Bushco LP (limited to us, not you) has not only done all of the above without remorse but they didn't even wait for you to leave the room America. They don't care about you or me or America. They only care about their little clique and if you do not make more than about 6 million per anum... forget it pal this seat's taken.

George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Karl Rove and all the other Bushies will get what they deserve in time. Let's all hope for the sake of this earth and all of humanity that time is sooner rather than later.

Signs, signs everywhere. City Council, State Legislature..... all the way up to Congressional seats.



You can tell the D's because they advertise it. If the sign has no affiliation - it is a Repuke.
