I'm sick of the "furors" Republicans stir up
because they don't have any better ideas about what to do with themselves. I'm sick of the whole hate radio culture they've dragged the country down into.

The real outrage is what the Bushists have done to America because of Iraq. They've come very close to succeeding in ruining us.

I think most Americans know very well who among us is good for the troops and who has been an utter disaster for them.

1. Well, they can't run on their record, can they?
Have a little pity. That's enough.

2. Sure they can run on their record...
If you're a multi-millionaire, with a stock portfolio that's invested heavily in Halliburton and weapons, their record is great. Same thing if you own a lot of big oil companies stock. Otherwise, you're probably screwed like the rest of us.

3. I'm sick of it, too
They manufacture these events as diversions from the real issues, like the economic disaster that is looming because of their flagrant spending.

One morning last week I woke up and said, "I am sick of living in a world of lies." Americans have lived with lies for so long, when the Democrats get in and there is some truth, it will be like a bucket of fresh water in the face.

4. sadly - dirt works
we've all heard that "americans do not like dirty politics" - sadly, dirt works

In past elections, candidates have asked their opponents for an agreement to not participate in "dirty politics". It hasn't worked, one way or another, dirt has worked it's way into those campaigns.

For the first time in many many election cycles the Dems are fighting back instead of asking "can we just discuss the issues?". Although, I'm getting 'burnt out' on the attacks, I am glad to see Dems fighting back.

The irony in all this is bush's attacks. Since he hit the national scene in 2000, he's repeatedly stated he's a "uniter". We all know this is a lie. His own campaigns, those that he has done on behalf of other repubs, and even as president - his speeches, his policies, his rhetoric has been one of divisiveness.

It needs to be asked - is he president of the United RED States or is he president of the United States of America?
