1. I think it's process of elimination.
No one wants to campaign with Kerry right now because loose lips sink campaigns. That might be an overreaction but, hey, it's not my campaign staring at this in the face. I see what Bush's campaign stops are doing to both parties' bases.

3. Why should Kerry bend over for the r/w smear machine?
Blaming Kerry is exactly what they want you to do.

5. I doesn't matter what Kerry said, Rove was looking for
something to spin. Bush misspeaks all the time and the corporate media never points out the idiot's comments. Rove needs something to spin so he can get your attention away from vote stealing.

12. Right ... and another thing ...
Kerry could have said "I TOTALLY support out troops" and the freaks would have rallied around the "he needs to apoligize for saying our troops are weak and need support" meme ...

Also ... He would look even WORSE if he didn't come firing ... Jesus, the media is just DISGUSTING ... If he would have rolled over and "apoligized" they would have hammered him even worse for not standing his ground ... It just is this perverse "northeastern liberal" crap they have adopted from the right, them selves being little spoon fed limo riding pukes who prop up cowboy boot wearing spoon fed limo riding pukes ...

6. I was disappointed after Imus totally trashed him....saying "shut up"
Edited on Wed Nov-01-06 07:57 AM by KoKo01
over and over and saying there was no way he'd get the nomination if he ran in '08, that he doesn't talk like a normal person and ranting about him including saying he should go wind surfing or bike riding or he and Theresa should just go get drunk in the Riviera (including trying to say Theresa herself is a drunk) that Kerry would have called into the show and tried to discuss anything with that Old Repug Hack.

Why does Imus hold power over some politicians and pundits? I was really upset that Kerry would have called in and been so gracious to a man who pretty much trashed his wife and said he was unfit to run for President.

I think I'm going to pass on any Dem Candidate who goes on Imus and allows themself to be used. It's not that I should "turn it off" if I don't like Imus...it's that he's somehow very important for "certain politicians" to cater to as he trashes and abuses them. If one is a political junkie then one is going to end up watching some of Imus because the MSM/GE WHORES have put him on there to compete with C-Span, CNN.

I just want to know why that Radio Hack Bag of Wind is so powerful. Is he the right hand man of Jack Welch, and Jeffrey Immmelt (sp) and so his power is GE behind him?

9. Has Kerry ever called Imus on his "service to the country"?
Well, I guess when your (Imus) brain is drug-addled, you're more of a menace to your own guys than to the enemy ...

7. What's sad is that he's given up going to appear with Dem Candidates
because he says "I don't want to interfere with their message." Meaning the Dem Ops have pulled him off the Campaign trail over the flap.

Sad...

8. I've seen the clip in question...the full thing was on Scarborough Country...
last night. It is a totally manufactured outrage, because the Republicans can't talk about the real issues. We should just shut up about this and let Kerry do his thing.

We on DU need to start talking about the real problems in America, an no they do not include a Senator making a joke against the President.

Men and women are dying in IRAQ!

For normal people, the economy is shit!

The VP admitted last week we are fucking torturing people!!!!

The rightwingers attacked a man with fucking PARKINSON'S disease!

And that is the only reason we are seeing the manufactured Kerry crap. They right wing didn't like him out there talking about Rush Limbaugh and his despicable attack on a man with a fucking incurable disease.

That is why we are hearing about Kerry, and not Fox.

10. You know it just came to me as I read your
"screaming" post which I agree with 100% The repunks don't want Kerry to look good out there on the campaign trail because it reminds people of the 2004 election - and I bet a lot of those folks who voted for the idiot in chief are thinking man I should have voted for Kerry.

The repunks are trying to say this isn't a referendum on the idiot in chief and with Kerry and Bush both on the campaign trail it sure makes it look that way.....

13. Let it go?!?!?!?
So very wrong you are, on so many levels. You should take your own advice and let it go. Why? Because now you have fallen into the same hole as all the trolls who were here yesterday in their Rove puppet uniforms repeating Rove's words and ideas. And we know you are not a troll, right?
