George Bush accused Democrats of aiding the terrorists...
and will lose the war on terrorism. He has insinuated this for months and years, but now, he's just coming out and saying it. Then he has the audacity to demand an apology from John Kerry. The entire Democratic Party and the entire nation should demand an apology from George W Bush. It is incredible to the max that this man would request an apology from anyone after what he has done to this nation, with his lies and his actions.

1. I can't believe he has gotten away with it. Every day I see something new that makes me just stop
and say, "How is the nation not rising up as one and throwing out these horrible, horrible people from governance."

5. Exactly--the numbers of insurgents has increased exponentially. This should
be thrown at RW's at every opportunity.

8. Exactly!
This is the point that I believe we should hammer home, again and again.

Bush and other Republican politicians (Cheney comes to mind) have essentially accused one half of the population of being terrorist supporters for being Democrats rather than Republicans. Where is the hue and cry calling for an apology?

How DARE they???!!!

Well we all know how they dare: they have the media in their pocket ready to trumpet the manufactured outrage over some badly parsed words, while all the time ignoring blatant, divisive and disgusting comments from the Republicans. And in the process, the media gives short shrift to the real stories of the day, including the deepening Iraq debacle, where our military just yesterday abandoned the search for one of their (our) own -- a soldier who was kidnapped by Iraqui militia. Where are the demands from the media that Mr. Bush address that situation? When was the last time we wrote off one of our own like this? What is the justification for doing so? What kind of message does *that* send to our troops?
