Speculation on my part, BUT something tells me that the voting preference of those deployed in Iraq have turned BLUE, overwhelmingly so, which is terrible PR for B*sh and his Iraq policy. The vast majority of soldiers that feel they cannot voice their discontent with their situation and B*sh policies and endless deployments WILL express that with their vote.
While military ballots may nbot be substantial enough in number to turn the tide, they are the ulitmate indictment of this war gone wrong, when the troops turn on their Commander-in-Chief, and if the data becomes public-- as I said, really bad PR for the WH and the GOP.
So, The Giggling Murderer is trying to recapture their support (and that of thier families) by convincing them Dems are unappreciative and disrespectful towards them.
