There's no bigger insult than to NOT show up for service |
|
and we KNOW Bush did just that in Texas and Alabama after dodging the draft and signing up for the Guard AHEAD of his turn.
But worse, he lied us into this war in Iraq, did not provide an adequate strategy for occupation, did not provide adequate support- no body armor, not enough troops for security- and no real international cooperation to share the burden.
So who's really insulting the troops? Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld- that's who. And those who really are stuck in Iraq know this.

1. *'s lack of support has created a crisis in Iraq and within our military... |

That's why you hear of all the horrible things going on over there in Iraq. I suspect that some soldiers could stop many of these "bombings" but choose not to.

2. Irony. I agree with you 100% but |

I wouldn't want any of that dead weight in my unit. Having to counsel bush and limbaugh about their drug abuse; and cheney for his language and hannity for hanging out way too long around the showers and colter for sexually harrassing the females. And all of them about their cowardice. They can only hate and hurt. One wonders what god's plan for them was(is.)

3. But Boss, a commitment is a commitment |

100% fulfillment and nothing less, no excuses- and you know that better than most. Bush is a POS. That's as kindly as I can put it.
