Our buddy Lou Dobbs just did.

This story will show us which media truely are honest and which are just following the party's orders.

Does Media Matters keep a tally?

2. I caught the last ten minutes of tweety tonight. he and Russert agreed
what a bad move Kerry made, and how it's affecting THREE news cycles now.

I didn't hear tweety say ONE WORD about how the media has distorted his words. completely different reaction than yesterday. is he afraid to refute the gloating pigass Russert, who was just effervescing over the prospect of a change in momentum to the pugs

really disgusting display

3. I haven't watched his show yet. So he's flipped already, huh?
Well, I guess it's down to Olbermann then.

4. Seems like this is our moment to sink the swiftboats or be sunk
there are two strategies that could work

1. use the gaffe to point out the tactic of false framing - just like the Dean Scream

2. change the subject

I am alarmed to see the Dems doing #2 and glossing over the fact that the real story is the republicans trying to push a distortion - an utter lie as their complete campaign.

This is enough to make those conspiracy theory cells really go haywire. I mean WTF? Did you hear on Franken that he left out three things from what was written. Anyway - thisw angle is unproductive.

What do you think is the best reply, 1 or 2?
