Not a Kerry Thread, sort of........ |

Just breath!!!!!! This contretemps is going to have little or no impact on the election on Tuesday. Democrats will prevail in the House and will gain some seats in the Senate, maybe enough to take over the place. Now that would be wonderful Karma. No one would have thought that possible a few months ago. John Kerry may be finished as a presedential candidate, but as I see it, so is Hillary for not standing up for her party and for so blatantly trying to clear the field for 2008. I don't regret that, she would not be my candidate.
I feel badly about John Kerry, he did not deserve this and he should not have been attacked for what he did not say. However, we have all learned that with this crowd in Washington, nothing is below the belt, nothing. They will even go after the mother of a dead serviceman if they think it will help them. That said, let's get to work these last days and make this a great victory for Democrats. There will be time enough for recriminations later.
Keep this in your mind. Democrats holding hearings on the many lies of Bush and his minions, and using their subpeona power!!!! Talk about Karma.

In the end, I don't think this is going to matter 1% to voters. The whole thing is just a distraction.
