GRRR! Send the BBC a message regarding it's one-sided attack of John Kerry!
BBC World just ran a totally one-sided report on Senator Kerry's botched joke, on tonight's news.

They simply accepted the Conservative argument as fact... that Kerry ridiculed the troops... then played numerous Conservatives criticizing him (including Bush's interview with Limbaugh), followed by an interview with a Conservative VFW vet, asking him if he thought "Kerry's comments were appropriate."

I watch BBC World each night because I generaly find them fair and report stories the MSM here won't cover. But this one-sided slam really came out of nowhere, and I think they need a healthy flood of feedback to get them to run a retraction! Please!

2. Scary thought: Maybe they came to this conclusion on their own.
Maybe they just listened to what he said without preconceived notions and it sounded bad.

...Nah! Couldn't be! :sarcasm:

3. In my letter to them
...I complained that "had they of listened to Kerry's remarks immediately before and after the quote, it would have been obvious he was referring to President Bush. They implied he attacked the troops, and them played an edited quote of Kerry appologizing.

I told them, "It's ridiculous for anyone to believe that a decorated Vietnam veteran and staunch opponent of President Bush was criticizing the troops and not President Bush!"

I'm pretty ticked. This was on PBS for crying out loud!
