Today I will do the following:
1) Write a letter of support to Keith O. His most recent "Special Comment" is his best to date. I can not stop thinking about "the canes".

2) Write a letter to Hillary Clinton re: her remarks yesterday about John Kerry and her use of "the cane" as provided to her by George Bush.

I had not really started thinking about who I would support in 2008. Until yesterday Hillary would have been on the list of possibilities. Now, sadly, she is not. I am a feminist. I wanted a female president in my lifetime. I don't want it to be her.

2. Might I suggest 3: GOTV?
Give the folks at moveon.org an hour of your time. They have an excellent automated get out the vote system. Get on the phone and get out the vote!

3. I have to agree about Hillary.
I do not like her. Just my opinion, but she seems to take stands on issues that are gaged to be popular and not necessarily the right thing to do. I do not like what she has done about the Iraq War and I do not like her taking shots at John Kerry. A lot of my dislike comes from the way she does things ~~ seems way too self-motivated at times.

OK...slam me...but that is how I feel.

4. What she did yesterday showed me
what is in her heart - or rather, what is not in her heart. I can not express how disappointed I am. Its probably a woman thing.

5. I just do not like her...
...whether she is male or female. She just seems too interested in what benefits her personally rather than what is the right thing to do. IMO, if she were a male, I don't think she would be any different.

She is not someone who comes across as being for or against particular issues because it is best for the country. I think she has as the #1 agenda whatever promotes Hillary and this is checked before she decides where she stands on an issue.

Just my opinion.
