Edited on Thu Nov-02-06 11:03 AM by Texas Explorer
a MAJOR crime investigation which will result in many arrests...could this be it, ie David Smith (DUer CorpGovActivist)/Halliburton/Iraq?

19. Actually, there's no telling what it is now that I think about it. You see,
we're all on edge (those of us who are familiar with DUer CorpGovActivist), waiting for breaking news on indictments, etc. But this could actually end up being almost anything.

I have a feeling I may have jumped the gun because it occurs to me now that Gonzales would probably NOT be the one to announce the indictments/investigations I'm referring to. In fact, he would more likely be a target.

28. Gee, recycling drugs and cash from seizures
The drug world has ensnared yet another honest John police department by dangling riches before them.

The holy drug war must be fought, no matter what it costs, to save our precious white suburban baybees from demon pot.

And yes, I'm a sarcastic old bat.

27. I think they'll get what they want with Harold Ford almost a
certainty to lose now that he has fallen to a two-digit deficit in the polls versus Corker.

They would only be breaking a 50/50 Senate tie if they called out Menendez. I really don't think there's much more to the Menendez thing that what we already know.

But who know's for sure what tree they're barking up?

18. Operation Falcon III. They already mentioned it on their page.
Caught about 11,000 fugitives. Could job Gonzo, now if you would only investigate the Republican party.

http://www.cnn.com/2006/LAW/11/02/fugitive.roundup.ap/index.html
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Nearly 11,000 fugitives, including sex offenders, gang members and others wanted on a variety of charges from kidnapping to weapons offenses, were swept up last week in a 24-state operation, the Justice Department was to announce Thursday.

30. Yeah, it's a "tough on crime" elections gimmick
"The October 22-28 roundup snared more fugitives than similar operations in April 2005 and April 2006, the Justice Department said."

Convenient timing, non?

33. Ok, it's a federal fugitive roundup of mainly sexual predators...
Operation Falcon.

Man...I'm all worked-up about the "Haligate" (just made that up!) indictments that, according to DUer CorpGovActivist, is coming soon...as early as this week.

1) NYT editors indicted for revealing classified information and endangering national security

2) Democratic staffer of Nancy Pelosi indicted for leaking classified information and endangering national security

3) Osama bin Laden formally charged/indicted; extradition papers with Pakistan signed after skillful diplomatic negotiations through the strong leadership of President Bush in his never ending fight for the safety and security of Americans. Oh, and OBL's on an airplane as we speak!
