Absentee Ballot Problem (Idiocy)
Edited on Thu Nov-02-06 12:08 PM by MJDuncan1982
I reside outside of the state in which I am registered (and desire) to vote.

I want/need to vote this election. So, what do I do? Request an absentee ballot, of course.

What do the IDIOTS at my county registration office do?

They sent my absentee ballot to the address from which I am registered...in my home state!!! Do these people even pay attention to what they are doing? The MAIN REASON one requests an absentee ballot is because they are NOT at the residence where they are registered.

Ugh...luckily it is getting over-nighted to me so I can fill it out and over-night it back in time for the election.

Edit: And one of the questions out of only about 8 was: "Where do you want your absentee ballot mailed?" And I certainly DID NOT put my home address.
