Violence rips Baghdad social fabric
Bombers and death squads assaulted what remains of Iraq's tattered social fabric, targeting academics, athletes, police, markets and professionals in a series of deadly attacks.

At least two bombs exploded in crowded street markets, killing at least five people and wounding more than 30, an interior ministry spokesman said.
