Question:: I am serious, here, |
|
On Chris Matthews, Hardball, just now--Tom Brokaw just interviewed the supposed Chairmen of the two parties. Chairman, Ken Mehlman, RNC and Chairman Rohm Emmanuel, DNC?? Brokaw never said DCCC. or D-Triple C.
Is Dean not the chairman??? I saw him last night as DNC Chairman on Charly Rose Show and he was great.
What is going on??

I did this when I first started posting on DU. Would post in wherever I was, didn't know that there were different places with different rules. LBN has its own rules, as does the Lounge.

3. Dean is the chair. You're right, he didn't explain their positions very well! |

4. It's unseemly, but the maneuvering to take credit for the win has begun. nt |

8. We all deserve "credit".....and Rahm as much as anyone. |
|
But since we ain't won nothin' yet....we may want to hold off on what could be a "petty" Dem vs. Dem discussion--
If we win, let's hope that they'll be more than enough credit to go round. Howard Dean has done his job, but he wasn't the only one.
(Rahm was in charge of locating and recruiting the candidates to most effectively win the 16 seats needed to make Dems the majority.... based on the geographics and the demographics of the district that could most be at play--and considering the candidates that we have, I think he did a great job).
Ps. Republicans will also be able to take some of the credit. After all, they certainly will have had something to do with their "projected" demise.
