35. Don't see how it would help them anyway... if he did have them, who has them
now?

And it doesn't change the fact that they totally botched up this whole operation. Plus they've changed their minds so many times as to why they went in there.

16. I believe there has been an effort to translate the tons of papers and files
that were recovered soon after the invasion. I have heard leaks over the last several months. Generally, the leaks have been very limited. I suspect this is related to that story. Only a guess, but it is my best guess.

19. I have no idea how far along Saddam may or may not have gotten.
I do expect a much more detailed view of all his activities when these documents are translated. From what I remember, there were tons of documents that weren't destroyed. I also know that the Iraqi's made very good records, much like the Germans or Cambodians.

hmmmmm....what's up with that? People like to meticulously document their atrocities.

And translating the "tons of documents that were destroyed", God knows how long that will take.

t is supposed to be about Saddam's attempt to get nuclear weapons and material AFTER the gulf war. That is what they just said on the local NYC (not conservative) news radio so I don't know for sure but if that is accurate the Dems will have a COW and eat a lot of crow.(posters words.not mine)
