Did The Bu$h Administration Put A Primer On Nuke Building On The Web?
Last March, the federal government set up a Web site to make public a vast archive of Iraqi documents captured during the war. The Bush administration did so under pressure from Congressional Republicans who had said they hoped to “leverage the Internet” to find new evidence of the prewar dangers posed by Saddam Hussein.

But in recent weeks, the site has posted some documents that weapons experts say are a danger themselves: detailed accounts of Iraq’s secret nuclear research before the 1991 Persian Gulf war. The documents, the experts say, constitute a basic guide to building an atom bomb.

This is a great gift the weekend before the election.

I don't think this is the belated October Surprise Rove had in mind.

What a shame.

2. I Can't Wait For Tuesday.
That will be a big step in ending our long national nightmare.

The last six years have been like a bad dream.

3. The thing is, any halfway intelligent, competent person
Can build a bomb from information freely available in libraries across the country. Hell, I remember back in the seventies there was a big flap over a high school kid from Ohio who built a working bomb from information obtained from various library sources. He did so as a high school project, and frankly all he needed was the plutonium to make it go boom. The Pentagon, NRC, DOE, and others in the government shit their pants, but really now, what are you going to do, ban all books on nuclear physics?

The information is out and about, freely circulating if you know what you're doing and looking for. The biggest obstacle is getting the fissionable material.

4. YES. BUSH WANTS TO HAVE HIS ARMAGEDDON WHETHER IT IS GOD SENT OR MAN MADE.
and he wants to give himself a way to find an excuse to say he can't turn power over to the next president if ARMAGEDDON (The Rapture) DOESN'T FULLY ARRIVE.
