THE guy who threw a drink at Barbra Streisand during her concert in Fort Laude rale the other night wasn't upset by her Bush- bashing. He was just a rowdy Australian who "had one or more too many beers," she wants everyone to know. "After a recent stay on a friend's boat near Miami, Ms. Streisand had given each of the crew members tickets (these happened to be front row) for the sold-out concert," her flack, Dick Guttman, told Page Six. "When one seaman became ill, an Australian friend was invited, a rowdy friend as it turned out." Only three hecklers out of nearly 180,000 concertgoers who have seen Streisand's show have protested the Bush skit, and she "feels it should be made clear that the person who threw the drink had no political motive or message."
