In the following video, Congressman Tim Murphy (R-PA) takes incriminating documents away from a KDKA-TV reporter.

"I don't know how you got this," Murphy says of evidence he illegally used government-paid congressional staff to work for his campaign, "but this is my personal material and I'm taking it back."

"He took it away from me," reports Andy Sheehan, "and he wouldn't give it back."

Murphy's seat was considered very safe but I saw that on the news last night and it "looks" guilty.

These elected officials are either intellectually impaired, or they just forget that old command "Let's go to the videotape...." will be used against them.

What he did was wrong -- the public has a right to know while there is still time to take action at the ballot box.

My favourite part of the video?
When confronted that the staff apparently asked questions whether they would vote for Murphy, they showed some answers, among them: "He's a Republican, forget it." HAHAHAHA I guess that phone call was short.

10. Tim Murphy is apparently a major league ahole

He's so obnoxious he can't keep staff - has something like a 250% turnover in last couple of years. His own staffers are turning on him. And the jerk is a child psychologist!

I don't know if Chad Kluko can pull of an upset, but if not, maybe we can get Murphy for this. We convicted a state Repuke, Jeff Habay, and kicked him out of office for using his staff for campaign work.

Some ex-staff comments- excuse the caps but I'm not retyping this:
