But, even if we concede that bullshit (which we don't have to), the fact remains that they PUBLISHED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE A NUCLEAR BOMB ON THE INTERNET.

So, how do we frame that fact, in light of their spin? Like so:

By their own admission, the Administration has become so absorbed in justifying the Iraq War that they are willing to put our cities at serious risk of being destroyed by a nuclear bomb. They are cracking under the pressure of their own mistakes. Since the Republicans can't seem to make sound governing decisions with all of the mistakes that they've made, it's time for them to step aside.
