Last month the excuse was Ramadan, this month it is Sadam's pending verdict - Next month ... ? Christmas? Hanekkah? St. Stephen?

It's going to be 3000 by Christmas at this rate.

1. Sort of makes one ill.

Foolish war for no reason but a few mens ego. Congress should be sent over and made to stay our of the Green Zone. The men of Bataan made up songs to sing about their leaders who left them their with our supplies. Bet no one recalls that. Wars are so wasteful.

2. My wife had her car worked on last week, the shop owner gave

her a ride to work, on the way he started talking about Iraq. He said he was an ardent repub, but, this mess in Iraq was looking just like Vietnam, he was questioning why the soldiers were getting killed for? Was it all for nothing just like what came out about Nam. He said he's staying home Tuesday, nobody was getting his vote.
