1. Must be on Mikey boy's payroll...
he's running all over the state trying to pass himself off as a Democrat. Why doesn't he just switch parties? :eyes:

3. That's right. There's the "Steele Democrat" bumper-sticker
But of course, Steele is only intending to harken back to the "Reagan Democrat" term, not to mislead unsuspecting voters into believing he's really a Democrat and not a Republican...(yeah, right!)

5. He's the lieutenant governor.
If the people of Maryland don't realize what party he's in, they're pretty stupid.

6. Easy to do - all good Rethugs, too embarrased to put their party
affiliation on any of their campaign stuff - they've left themselves so open to being mislabeled as some of us 'evil, libruls'

7. I noticed that this year.
None of the republican candidate signs around here (Texas) even have the word "republican" on them anymore.

9. And NOTE this Republican's Signs are DEMOCRATIC BLUE.
Steele's against a woman's right to choose and embryonic stem cell research.

He boasts that he's a ROMAN Catholic (I'm a Franciscian Catholic) twice during Wolfie's interview yesterday. :(

19. Franciscans and Liberal Catholics still hold the same beliefs
as Roman Catholics. HOWEVER, and this is very important, we do NOT preach NOR choose to pass laws to demand "our morality."

Liberal Catholics are humble enough to realize that not everyone will choose our faith.

We are tolerant of others and the only way we pass on our UN-obtrusive devotion of our faith is through our own personal examples.

Our local food bank and homeless shelter does not have any Catholic preaching nor requirements.

It's odd to me that ROMAN Catholics can NOT understand that Jesus would want us to CHOOSE the right path. He would not ever want it legislated or forced on humanity. They betray their faith. I don't know how they can live with such cognitive dissonance.

12. Steele is vying for the black vote.
And insulting black people by assuming they're too stupid to know what party he belongs to.

13. There is absolutely no excuse for this
This isn't just simple mistake. They keep doing it and doing it and if they're not deliberately lying then they're just plain incompetent. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this lazy reporting.

15. I guess they are following Fox's lead
After Fox had labeled Mark Foley a Democrat several times, I think Jon Stewart made a comment about inventing their own reality.

18. That's horrible! He & CNN are banking on stupid liberals and
politically ignorant minorities to cast votes on him based on color coding and letter misdirection!
