advertised its existence. They wanted to prove Iraq had WMDs, so they were intent on getting this stuff released. That way, they could use their far superior ability to read Arabic and find clues, to find clues to WMD that professional WMD experts didn't find.

They are directly responsible for this leak, because without them the papers would still be secret.

I love how they somehow believe that the professionals are so incompetent at their jobs! Cheney thought he and the NEOCONs knew more too! Just arrogant!
