Cheney: "Full Speed Ahead In Iraq" No Matter What Americans Say, Because, "We Think It's Right"
Cheney said in an interview with ABC News that the administration is convinced that it is pursuing the right path in Iraq.

"It may not be popular with the public. It doesn't matter, in the sense that we have to continue what we think is right," Cheney said.

"I think it'll have some effect perhaps in the Congress," he said of the election's outcome, "but the president's made clear what his objective is. It's victory in Iraq. And it's full speed ahead on that basis. And that's exactly what we're going to do."

8. W has succeeded in profiting corporate globalism
He could care less about American deaths. He's never even attended one funeral. You see W with heavy looks? No, he has not the empathy to care aout Americans he chose to sacrifice to achieve world corporate goals. No empathy at all.

10. 'It doesn't matter'
They tell us the Truth, upfront and right on TV. Cheney told us. It doesn't matter. The People don't make decisions anymore. They make the decisions, based on potential blood money.

Remember, when they drag you away kicking and screaming - it doesn't matter. Really. Remember those words.

12. "Full speed ahead to the Hague for this administration"
It might not be popular with Bush, Cheney, Rumffeld, Rice and the others, but it doesn't matter. We have to do it because we think it's right.

13. cheney's statement reminds me of a parent i once knew,
he forced his child to major in what the parent thought would be a profitable career for the child upon graduation--no matter what the child wanted to major in. no matter that the child who did not want to study the major set forth for it by the parent kept flunking, and flunking, and flunking. until finally, it got through to the parent that if the child was ever going to be successful at anything, it would be at what the child liked to do, and therefore, at what the child wanted to major in. that parent was wise and backed-off the forceful pressure of intrusiveness into the child's life. not so with cheney who is a major asshole and intrusive force in a land which doesn't want him there (Iraq) -- and in a land where neither he nor bush were elected in either election...his statement that, "It may not be popular with the public. It doesn't matter, in the sense that we have to continue what we think is right," can and does apply also to his and bush's ass sitting in the oval offic.e

and like every "we know best" ... they only know what is best for their pockets, their greed, and their narcissism.

this "we know best" presidency may be the direct off-shoot of the parental "we know best" dynamics in the life of george bush, barbara bush and george herbert walker bush.
