SARASOTA - Katherine Harris said Friday she's writing a book about her tumultuous campaign for the U.S. Senate this year, and win or lose she should have plenty to dish.

"I've been writing it all year," Harris was quoted as saying in The Washington Post this week. "It's going to be a great book."

Why?

1) She's crazy, but arguably less crazy than Rumsfeld.

2) She can't handle a Senate campaign, and certainly couldn't handle two wars. Again, arguably superior to Rumsfeld.

3) Next Tuesday, she's out of a job. She was instrumental in getting Preznit Dictator-Tot his job, so he owes her one.

4) As objectionable as she is, she'd still be a better choice than Joe Lieberman.
