Since most Democrats are not hateful by nature |
|
there is only one way to reign in the reighwing hatemongers on our airways is to seriously push for the reinstatement of the Fairness Doctrine. imo
Merriam-Webster online Main Entry: fairness doctrine Function: noun : a tenet of licensed broadcasting that ensures a reasonable opportunity for the airing of conflicting viewpoints on controversial issues.

AMERICANS at least politically are hateful thus why they tend to get behind the guy who uses words like "weak liberal" "tax and spender" "your tax dollars" ect ect
We just need a candidate whom if he was facing bush in the debates he would've said something like "who are YOU to question ME on military matters?? what were you doing during Vietnam again sir? in particular while men of less wealth were out being killed and tortured you and your rich friends were 4F'd on your safebeds out doing more drugs than The Doors"
This is why I could never be a politician-I wouldn't mince words if I was armed with the kind of facts that we have.
