And all the while he'd've spouted every possible opinion there is to have on every subject.

And by the way, the National Guard was not ordered into NO in a timely fashion because its Commander In Chief the LA state governor & that crook mayor of NO were too busy serving their own self-interests to take proper safeguards - like put the money budgeted for levy upgrades into - can you imagine - upgrading the levies. Instead they blew the money on porkbarrel nonsense like spiffing up the city and building fountains for Mardis Gras.

Had Bush have ordered the NG anywhere for disaster relief would've been a states rights violation (but I think you really know that and just want to try to smear Bush with those who are too ignorant of the constitution to call you on it).>>>

Just a gentle reminder---if John Kerry was president right now, those guys wouldn't be stuck in Iraq, we wouldn't owe China a trillion dollars, the National Guard would have arrived in flood-ravaged New Orleans before Sean Penn, and our Bill of Rights would still be intact.
