Anybody else wonder why we haven't attacked back on the continual harping
about "Dems will raise your taxes!" They say Dems will not vote to reinstate the phantom "tax cuts". We need to counter that taxes will have to be raised to pay for this %*<#&$ WAR!!! And keep on that topic.

I have received 8 mailings from the Corker campaign this week, 3 yesterday! All are about Dems raising taxes & hurting working single mothers, the elderly, families & small business (isn't that just about 90% of everybody!)Obviously this the only item they have to offer voters....lies about what Dems might do. They are running scared! :kick:

1. Dems need to explain that an increased deficit is a new tax.
Chimpy is a pathological tax raiser. That's a fact.

But Dems think America is too stupid to understand this.

Maybe they're right.

2. And it's pretty thin soup.
I think the average voter is onto this game, big time. It's the classic question: Were you better off BEFORE those tax-cuts, or AFTER?"

The only people who can honestly answer "after" are people like Paris Hilton and Dick Cheney. The rest of middle-class America got chump change.

4. Thanks so much, SC!
Whatever talent I may have is due largely to a number of outstanding teachers I had back in the day. They not only taught me the basics, but encouraged me to write!

Here's to all of our fine teachers: :toast:
