I want to go after a certain website which shall not be named here for reproducing my writings without permission. I clearly mark all my posts here with a copyright announcement, so they know darn well what they are doing.

They use a Proxy Domain registrar, so I cannot get a hold of their address to serve a formal cease-and-desist letter. I'm going to need to serve a subpoena to get them to release the information to me, and I'd like someone with a little more experience in these matters to help me.
